Generative modeling of atomic disorder in high-entropy oxides
NSF Award 2602117 supports density functional theory, high-performance computing, and Transformer-based modeling of atomic occupancy and short-range order.
The project begins August 1, 2026 and connects physics-based computation with generative AI for high-entropy oxide battery cathodes.
